The Ocean Point Terminals executive management team has extensive experience and industry knowledge, critical in operating a world-class storage and logistics hub for stakeholders.

Todd Dillabough is the Chief Executive Officer of Ocean Point Terminals. Todd has more than 40 years of experience in the energy industry, including 15 years of operational and financial restructuring leadership in large, complex, domestic, and international companies. His primary focus has been energy, with both Exploration and Production (E&P) and Oilfield Services as well as Mining, Technology, Pulp & Paper, Aircraft MRO and Airlines. Todd led two E&P energy companies as CEO, President and COO after moving through the technical side of the E&P business then into Business Development roles. He has previously served worldwide for Texaco, EXXON, BNP Paribas, and Pioneer Natural Resources. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Calgary, and is a professional geologist with APEGA, an Associate with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and a member of the Recovery and Insolvency Specialists Association (RISA Cayman)/INSOL.

Jeff Charles is the Chief Operating Officer of Ocean Point Terminals.  Jeff previously served as the vice president of Terminal Operations for the company, and prior to that, he served in various operations management roles during an 11 – year career in the oil and gas industry at both Buckeye Partners and the Hess Corporation. Most recently, Mr. Charles served as Director at Buckeye Bahamas Hub. Prior to joining the oil and gas industry, Mr. Charles served as a Lieutenant for the United States Navy for six years. Mr. Charles received his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Drexel University and is pursuing a Master in Energy Regulation and Law from Vermont University.

Shane Abel is the Chief Financial Officer for Ocean Point Terminals.  He has almost two decades of financial experience in the oil and gas sector with a focus on strategy, corporate planning, capital markets, acquisitions & divestitures and corporate governance, including the past 10 years in a Chief Financial Officer role. Most recently, Shane was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bellatrix Exploration Ltd., a Western Canadian based natural gas producer that underwent a corporate restructuring and sale of its business. Prior to serving as a CFO at three different companies, Shane’s background includes almost a decade of experience in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets where he focused on mergers & acquisitions and debt and equity capital issuance concentrated in the oil and gas sector. Shane holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan.

Charles Newkirk is the Chief Commercial Officer for Ocean Point Terminals, overseeing commercial and customer service activities across the company’s portfolio. Prior to joining Ocean Point Terminals, Charles served as a Commercial Director for Zenith Energy, and prior to that, served in various roles with expanding responsibilities in business development during a sixteen-year tenure at Buckeye Partners and four years at Motiva Enterprises.

Mark serves as Ocean Point Terminals’ General Counsel and Secretary, and brings more than 19 years’ of legal expertise to the Company, with almost 18 years’ of experience focused almost exclusively in the energy industry. Mark joins us from PBF Energy, where he served as the Assistant General Counsel, Commercial & Refining, and provided support in all legal areas to PBF’s east coast refineries, while also supporting PBF’s commercial, credit and rail groups. Earlier in his career, Mark served in various roles for Exxon Mobil Corporation, including several years as Refinery Attorney for ExxonMobil’s Baton Rouge Refinery and associated facilities. Subsequent to working at ExxonMobil, Mark served as Assistant General Counsel, Commercial Aviation, for World Fuel Services, where he managed a multinational team of attorneys, paralegals, and contract attorneys and was responsible for its multi-billion dollar aviation division. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State College, and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University.
